The job:
As a Finance Manager at TotalEnergies Corbion, you will oversee all financial activities of the company and ensure precise reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance. In addition, you will mentor and manage the finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

• Supervise and empower the Finance team (3FTE);
• Responsible for monthly financial closing activities, including global consolidation;
• Prepare and further develop financial reports, including analyzing financial data to provide strategic insight and advice;
• Manage the annual audit cycle;
• Review, monitor and manage the budget in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Ensure regular budget updates and forecasts to meet financial targets;
• Prepare and submit accurate tax assessments in accordance with relevant regulations;
• Liaise with tax authorities and ensure swift resolution of tax-related issues, for multiple countries;
• Identify and mitigate financial risks by working closely with the sales team;
• Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system.

Overall, you will be the specialist for all financial processes. You thrive in a challenging environment with a broad scope of financial activities in an international setting.

What do you need?

• A degree in finance or accounting (HBO/WO level) with a background in accountancy;
• At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a management role;
• Experience with (implementing) ERP systems;
• Fluent in English;
• You enjoy working in a challenging environment and possess excellent communication skills.
